Nicolas Vargas chose to express his personal experiences that allowed him to explore the intimacy of the [human] being and through the medium of pictorial art, to make his contribution to humanity by influencing, arousing, and giving, through forms of expression that convey energy to each of his works, with each stroke of the brush.  He says, “These works bring, to all those who look at them, an exclusive message from the Supreme Being, one that touches his deepest nature, and opens his spirit to existence.” The energies expressed are transmitted by messengers from the Supreme Being, beings from other dimensions and other regions of the universe.  Nicolas Vargas was selected to transmit a message from the Supreme Being to the viewer, the energy and magnetism can be felt coming out of all his works.  They also express the search for a balance between the material and the spiritual, the dual manifestations of existence, a balance that shows itself in a very subtle way throughout all of nature by adopting multiple forms.

Education
Nicolas earned Degrees from Escuela de Artes Publicitarias de la Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo (UASD), and National School of Fine Arts of Santo Domingo, in Santo Domingo, the Dominican Republic. He worked in the capacity of artistic director at a major advertising agency in Santo Domingo and as an illustrator for a magazine.  He also graduated from courses in Music Analysis and The History of Music and Opera at the National Theater in Santo Domingo, as well as, classes in creativity and advertising design at Altos de Chavon, Dominican Republic. After graduating, Nicolas gave private lessons in drawing and painting to students and individuals. After graduating, Nicolas gave private lessons in drawing and painting to students and individuals

Inspiration
These works are all canvas, painted in oil, and of various dimensions and styles.  They convey a message in purely a spiritual context and were painted in a state of spiritual elevation, the one in which he customarily works. Many people believe the energy materialized in his works is therapeutic and soothing to the mind, body, and spirit. They are a form of submission to this energy that is manifested to him through the brush, transmitted by higher beings that are closer to the Supreme Being.  We can feel in them the magic and magnetism that belong to other dimensions.  What the human eye does not perceive, this sacred part that exists in each of us, the soul through which the Supreme Being is manifested to us, a love that is absolutely unconditional, disseminated throughout the universe, that impels us, that fashions everything, that gives cohesion to life, to nature, to the visible and the invisible, the Light, manifestation through essence of the Supreme Being …. No matter what its origin, or color, that will continue for all eternity…
